Condos and Townhomes have what are called common areas, which include parking areas, sidewalks, the exterior care and roofs.  Even thou these areas are the property management association’s responsibility, we consider them a part of the inspection.  If any defects are found in these areas, it is a good indication of how these areas are being maintained.  The remaining part of the structure inspection is usually no different than a regular resale, because the utilities are usually on and the property in most cases is not in a distressed condition.  Need this type of inspection call us at 770-461-3408.
