Inspector Shannon

Shannon Cory is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector and President of Rainbow Home Inspections, Inc. performing residential home inspections in the metro Atlanta areas since 1998. All our inspections are performed in a manner consistent with the

Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors. His success is from innovative
reporting methods, marketing techniques and continuing educational programs. His experience and training skills is also what makes his inspections the most thorough.

Shannon is certificated in the following:

He is a member of ASHI National (serving on the National Membership Committee and also on the committee that selects the ASHI Officers).
Active member of the ASHI Georgia Chapter, COR member for ASHI Georgia, and served as Chapter President from 2004 to 2007. Since
2007 is the presiding chairman for the Southeastern Home inspector Conference sponsored by the ASHI Georgia Chapter.
Currently he also is a member of several local real estate associations as an affiliate. October 2003 to December 2008, was an instructor for
the Kaplan/ITA Professional Schools.

In addition to continuing to perform home inspections and environmental services and testing, he also owns and operates
Cornerstone Training Associates, a professional training company that teaches the home inspection profession.
