BUILDER 11TH MONTH WARRANTY  should be taken advantage of because it will allow an inspector to evaluate the condition and performance of the house and its components after being lived in for 11 months.  If you didn't have an inspection performed prior to your closing, it is highly recommend that you have a warranty inspection.
